Adjustment Stem Slender-shaft Needle Valve design, machined on a Swiss-type CNC Lathe to guarantee a fine cone surface finish (Ra 0.4μm) and straightness.

Port Threads 1/4" NPT, G1/4" (customizable). Threads are precision CNC turned, not tapped, ensuring thread integrity and accuracy (Class 6g/2A) for a more reliable connection.

Surface Finish Natural brass passivation or nickel plating; stainless steel passivation. We offer a wide range of custom surface finishing services.

Max. Operating Pressure 1.5 MPa (215 PSI), far exceeding similar cast products.

Quality Inspection Every finished product undergoes CMM inspection for critical dimensions and a 100% air leakage test.
